By accessing or using DoppKit.com (the “Site”), which is operated by The Dopp Kit Company, LLC (“Dopp Kit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to every provision, do not use the Site.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that any product description, photograph, price, or other content is error‑free, complete, or current. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel or refuse an order at our sole discretion.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is true and correct. We may cancel any order and refund any payment at our discretion.
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of goods to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and purchased directly from DoppKit.com with all original packaging and inserts.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned: personalized or monogrammed items, limited‑edition or promotional items, and gift cards or promo codes.
Email hello@doppkit.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is processed.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is owned by or licensed to The Dopp Kit Company, LLC and is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Site, its content, and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopp Kit and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site and, where applicable, return the product pursuant to Section 7.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dopp Kit Company, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively from the date indicated. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or is harmful to our interests or other users.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You agree that any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
